Our house on wheels is a 1978 Airstream Sovereign, Center Bath, 28 Ft.

• What do you tow with?

We tow with a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 HO, 5.9 24 valve Cummins. 6-speed manual transmission.

• Does Furgus like riding in the truck?

Furgus does like being in the truck, but only on the front bench seat right between us. When we stop and either of us gets out he meows at us to get back in. He can only do about 6 hours though so we plan accordingly.

• Do you both like this lifestyle?

We happen to love this lifestyle. Before we met both of us had already started pursuing this lifestyle. The fun part is that now we can just do it together. We both enjoy it greatly.

• What do you like most about this lifestyle?

We like being able to travel and still have our own bed every single night. We like being able to travel hours away and still be able to use our own stuff and have our own area.

We love the community. It is nice to meet people who have the same mindset as us, and who like to do the same things.

We love being able to take Furgus with us, and he is comfortable in his own space. I am pretty sure he is happy with it too as he knows after the truck ride, he can come back into the Airstream and relax in his favorite spots.

Being a full-time Rver has its quirks, and most people do not understand how someone could love this lifestyle. It is definitely not for everyone. If you are the kind of person who does not need to be tethered to one spot or can travel for work or whatever comes your way, then we strongly suggest giving it a try.
